# Ender 3 Pro 4.2.7 20220401

I updated my Ender 3 Pro to v4.2.7 20220401 and upon boot up I am getting the following message…  
EEPROM Version Error Initialize EEPROM.  
My options are Ignore or Reset.

Not really sure what this means as this is all new to me!

Easy fix.  
Go into configuration menu, advanced settings, initialize EEPROM.

Sorry if this is a stupid question, but what is the correct ender 3 pro firmware. I originally got this firmware for my ender 3 max and it works great! But I don’t see the firmware for the ender 3 pro. Can you tell me what firmware is for the ender 3 pro w/ bltouch?

As far as firmware goes, the Ender 3 and the Ender 3 Pro are the same.
