# Ender 3 Pro v4.2.7 Bltouch 1.3 issues

Greetings,  
I am unable to find any firmware for an Ender 3 Pro v4.2.7 Bltouch 1.3. Are any of the listed firmware compatible?

Thanks for your post.

On a firmware level, the Ender 3 Pro is exactly the same machine as the Ender 3. The only differences are the type of power supply and the Y rail. As such, you should use a firmware for the Ender 3 on the Ender 3 Pro.

If you get an error regarding the EEPROM checksum, you can just clear the saved settings, store settings again to rewrite the EEPROM contents and go from there.

Do I understand this right, “store settings again” means just reload the .bin-file once more?

No, via either the Store Settings menu option, or the M500 G-Code command.
