# Ender 3 S1 Plus Firmware Support

None of the firmware are loading on my Ender 3 S1 plus. It gets stuck on the Creality logo, a couple of pixels and nothing. I have to revert back to stock Creality software. This is for the Ender3-S1-STM32F4; any ideas what I may be doing wrong?
