Can anyone help please, i am getting desperate
I have bought a CR touch, i am getting ready to install but just cannot find the right firmware on Creality website
From my limited knowledge, i thought i would download the appropriate file, place on formatted card which has been formatted pop into my printer, turn power on and that would be it
I did talk to creality live chat, they told me to remove control panel insert card and power up, are they thinking i want to flash the screen firmware ?
Al i can tell you is my motherboard is 4.2.2, i just cannot see the chip clear enough to know what it is
