Ender 3 Max firmware compile

Hi
Am having problems compiling firmware for my Ender 3 Max after doing some upgrades
I now have the 4.2.7 board and also a Micro-Swiss direct drive extruder with a CR touch on a mount i downloaded from Thingiverse which gives an off set of X= -53 Y= 11
Was wondering if someone could compile for me?

Why don’t you just set the offset via the menu?

I wasnt aware you could adjust the CR/Bl touch offset from the screen
The only offset i have come across is the Z offset!
I have combined a Ender 3 V2 with the bed and frame from an Ender 3 Max with Dual Z screws and a Micro-Swiss DD extruder and all metal hot end
