I like the service but i am having issues with the stock filament runout sensor. The sensor is reversed and it tries to load filament even though it is already loaded, so can this be fixed?

I assume you’re using the Firmware Builder.

If so, you’ll need to change:

Switch the HIGH / LOW to whichever way your sensor is wired.

If you’re using a nightly firmware, you’ll need to reverse how your sensor is wired to change the logic level.

I’m having the same problem.
I reversed the wiring per this post: Ender 3 Max 4.2.2 with Bltouch Filament sensor is reversed

Because of the reversed polarity, the LED indicator in the filament sensor no longer works.

It would be nice if there was a menu item to reverse the logic for the filament sensor.

I’m not a user of Firmware Builder.
