Ender 3 Pro with 4.2.7 board Error:Bed Heating failed, system stopped! bed will not go over 50 degrees

Ender 3 Pro I had for 4 years, updated to 4.2.7 board last year.
Running your current firmware: Ender3-v4.2.7-Stock-20240206.bin
OctoPrint : 1.9.3

Everything worked great on old Creality firmware for the 4.2.7board, A couple of days ago i switched to your latest Marlin (tried several days of updates)

Hotend goes right up to temp, but the Bed, once it hits 50 stalls for a few minutes and then trips error.

Made sure Thermistor was not detached from bed
Power from the PSU tests fine.
Its not too cold in the room.

So I reinstalled the Creality Ender-3 pro 4.2.7 mainboard firmware (32 bit) 16 Jan. 2021 and everything is fine again.

Is this a bug in the firmware, or are there more setting to do other then just resetting the EEPROM

Do an EEPROM reset, then run a PID Tune on the bed.

That should fix things up.
