Ender 3 S1 Firmware: Regular or "MARLINUI"

Confused between the 2 versions of S1 Firmware. One says MARLINUI. What is the difference, and which should I use?

MarlinUI should be considered a ‘power user’ type interface in my opinion. It gives you access to all the options Marlin can do - but its text only.

The normal graphical interface is what people are used to seeing.
