Ender 3 with upgraded V4.2.7 board

Hi,

I have just upgraded my stock Ender 3 (4.2.2 board) with the 4.2.7 board. I have downloaded the Ender 3 v4.2.7 firmware but when I install it I get a “EEPROM version error” screen. If I click “Ignore”, it seems to be working fine, but this error shows up everytime I turn the printer on. Can you help me?

Thank you

You can reset your EEPROM to factory defaults with the “Initialize” option. From that point on, you can set up your printer again and you won’t see this error until the EEPROM data structure changes again.

Thank you! I thought something had gone wrong with the update, but after resetting the EEPROM the error went away.
