I cannot get my Ender 5 pro to load and flash the firmware. I tried Creality’s download with no luck. I tried this service and no luck. I’m following instructions the best I can but this dang thing will not flash and load the firmware. Any help or suggestions would be much appreciated . ty
try the format of your sd card. it has to be FAT32 4096 block size, or the firmware wont load, even if the printer recognizes the card. Dunno why, but I got this from First Layer for their upgrade kit
