Firmware for Ender 3v2 with Hemera & SKR e3 mini v2 & BL Touch

Hi everyone,

I’m a total noob to firmware coding and am building up a Frankenstein Ender 3v2 for making functional parts.

It will have the stock E3D volcano hot end with their standard thermistor and heater cartridge.

I was looking at the options on the firmware builder and didn’t see anything that directly was my hardware.

What are the best settings to enter or has anyone got a firmware build for this already please?

If you pick the Ender 3 (not the v2) with the SKR e3 mini v2 board, and then the Hermes hotend, it should match what you want - but it won’t work with the Ender 3 V2 screen - so you’ll need to drive it via Octoprint or similar.

I haven’t managed to sit down for long enough to properly document / test being able to run the Ender 3 V2 screen on the SKR board. I believe its possible, but it needs a custom cable etc.

Thanks :grinning: Ive been doing some research on the LCD and it is possible with a rearrangement of the pins on the board plug and a wee bit of editing. Found a good guide on Github.
