Please add option to enable BD touch sensor. It’s faster and no chance of damage like BL touch pin. Functionality is already included in Marlin. GitHub info below.
What changes did you do to require moving cooling fan and MB fan for Ender 3 w/SKR mini e3 V2? If I knew that I might try compiling…

I’ve got one on the way now - I’ll test it out and try to put an optimised config into the builder once I figure it all out.
The cooling fan changes are outside of what I can enable via the scope of the builder right now - as it includes reassigning pins.
I’ll update this post when I get some further progress…
I’ve updated the firmware builder to have the ability to use the BD_SENSOR.
It should be a plug-n-play replacement for the BLTouch - and even be able to use the same cable to the PROBE port of any supported mainboard.
I managed to talk to the probe ok:
Send: M102 S-1
Recv: ok P15 B3
Recv: BD Sensor version:V1.2 pandapi3d.com

Once I figure out how to mount the sensor, I’ll give it a bit more of a try…
