Hi everyone,
I recently updated my 3D printer鈥檚 firmware using the Marlin Firmware Service; but after the update, my printer isn鈥檛 responding correctly. 
The LCD screen lights up, but none of the controls are working; and the steppers aren鈥檛 moving at all. I鈥檝e tried resetting the printer and re-uploading the firmware; but the problem still there . I have checked Printer stops 路 Issue #2452 路 MarlinFirmware/Marlin 路 GitHub Power Apps Marlin Firmware issues but still need help.
Has anyone faced a similar issue / could suggest troubleshooting steps?
Could it be a configuration file issue; or might I need to roll back to an older firmware version?
