Unable to connect to the firmware builder or the forums

Hello,

I registered with my email on 25th of april, made a donation to be able to use the firmware builder.

I would like to use the firmware builder again, my username and password were saved in my PC but I am unable to connect to the site, the page just refreshes without giving access. Tried it on Firefox, Edge, on Chrome (mobile, different connection), without adblockers. have reset my password 2 times, same issue. The “skip password to get a link on your email” does not send anything to my email

I made a new account with the same address to be able to connect to the forums so I could report this issue, but I still can’t access the firmwares /firmware builder.

Could you please look into it ?

Hi mate,

Everything I can see still says that the wrong password is used.

You may have hit a silent ban due to the number of failed passwords though - give it some time and try again once to see if that seems to fix the problem.

There are a number of protections for invalid username / password combinations in bulk that you may have also hit - but I’ve manually reset these to rule those out.
