On initial heatup, the Hotend takes a dip then finishes heating up. (PID has been run and saved)

On the initial heatup, the Hotend temp gets to 195/200, then dips down to 185 before recovering and getting up to temp. Most of the time this triggers the thermal runaway protections. It has been happening on the most current build and the one from a week ago as well.

Check the PID Tuning part of the Ender 3 V2 FAQ - it applies here too.

Thank you, but The PID Tuning has been done.
Once the Hotend is up to temp, there is less than 1° variation through out my prints. But always on the initial heat up, it does that small dip.

The only other thing I can suggest is to reset the printer to defaults, save the defaults, reboot it and try the calibration again.

Sometimes things can get messed up in the EEPROM and cause weird behaviour.
